The College of Arts and Humanities is one of the faculties of the American University (NIU), established with the purpose of preparing generations capable of keeping pace with global developments, and meeting the knowledge and

The College of Postgraduate Studies is distinguished from other colleges in that it gives the student the opportunity to delve into the research, as he feels that he is an author and an innovator in his specialization, as the certificate of passing in it is not granted unless the researcher presents a thesis that brings something new in the field of study.

Since the first moment of the adoption of the Arabic language as a language of teaching at NUI University, the thought of opening the College of Islamic Studies was associated with the university administration at every moment; As the Arabic language and Islamic studies are complementary to each other, rather one does not dispense with the other.

In response to the university’s aspirations to expand the horizons of cognitive sciences, and to open new fields that enable it to lead and spread in a way that guarantees the limit of globalization, the university administration decided in 2006 to accredit the Department of Islamic Studies; Due to the great importance of the branches of this section to millions of Arabs and Muslims.

From this point of view, the idea of establishing the College of Education was the most prominent college of NUI.

The decisions of the officials at the university were based on the directives of experts in the field of education, and because the profession of teaching is one of the professions associated with the monotheistic religions on the one hand, and the fact that it does not differ in its importance and lofty honor on the other hand, the College of Education came in the bright dress of its specializations, drawing all eyes towards it, knocking on the doors of creative leaders future, and makers of distinguished generations.
